Campaign objective: Educational program targeting all consumers that buy new AWMs (automatic washing machines) from Altex, Media Galaxy, Domo, Carrefour, Real, Metro.

Period: October 2007 – December 2008

Location: Bucharest, Altex, Domo, Flanco, Media Galaxy, Carrefour, Real, Metro (over 300 stores)

Wave strategy and implementation: The Wave team had to prepare the kits and ensure distribution of the educational kits and POSMs. Store assistants were trained by our staff to deliver the client’s speech about the promotion to each consumer interested in buying a new automatic washing machine. Quality Control visits were mandatory, covering the number of kits distributed, current inventory and the way in which the store assistants communicated the campaign information to AWM purchaser).
