Responsabilities & Benefits:
- Supervising promoters and merchandisers’ activities
- Centralizing and writing reports
- Transporting materials and prizes to the established destinations
- Participating at trainings for each project
- Coordinating the promoters and/or merchandisers teams in the field; finding solution to any problem that may appear (missing promoters, damaged furniture, promotional materials run-out, different incidents)
- Knowledge and user ability of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Is a good organizer, has the capacity to supervise several projects at the same time, can prioritize multiple tasks and to monitor their positive resolving
- Is a team member, but has obvious leader profile
- Participates in preparing and delivering materials in locations
